Shauna qualified in the UK from the University of Chester and worked in the community outside Liverpool as a home enteral nutrition (HEN) dietitian with an adult and paediatric caseload. While in the UK Shauna was a guest lecturer for the University of Chester and acted as an interviewer for the undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She moved back to Ireland in 2016 and worked in age related rehabilitation and residential neuro-disability in Peamount Healthcare for 6 years. Shauna has acted as a Practice Educator Tutor for Technological University Dublin and University College Dublin and provided guest lectures for the University of Limerick on stroke and enteral nutrition. She now works as an adult HEN dietitian in Dublin South, Kildare and West Wicklow Community Healthcare Organisation.
