Phil Toal has over 20 years of nursing experience, having spent the first 14 years working within the NHS specialising in medical gastroenterology nursing before becoming a Practice Based Educator in 2009. Moving to Fresenius Kabi in 2016 to take on the role of a clinical trainer and then moving up to be a Clinical Development Manager for the UK and Ireland. Phil has led on the development of training, protocols and clinical excellence for both Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
