Michelle Russell (RGN) is a former Practice Development Coordinator and PIC in the HSE and private sectors. Over the past eight years she has worked as a Nurse Consultant and advisor on compliance with HIQA standards and regulations in the Residential Care. These areas include clinical audit, safe medication management, care planning, restrictive practice,  documentation and safe practice issues within the clinical setting. 

 

Michelle works with staff to implement areas for meeting regulations and person focused outcomes. Michelle believes in sharing her invaluable practical experience to assist Nursing and Staff involved in education in these complex times.
