Fiona graduated from the University of Ulster in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, and is a CORU registered dietitian. She worked as a dietitian in Tallaght Hospital, Dublin for several years gaining experience in a variety of clinical areas. She has over 15 years clinical experience in oncology and her research interests include malnutrition and cancer cachexia.

Fiona is currently the Dietitian Manager in St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network, Dublin.
